Interesting read this morning fom Official Sport Report. Thought this was somewhat "eye-opening, since there has been so much analyzing and sorting through statistics. Our passing game is definitely not your run-of-the meal spread attack. Enjoy all ye who have wished for a better passing attack. Know it is still early in the season. However, the predictability of our offense seems to becoming more unpredictable.
Imho, the key to a really good season lies more in the play of our special teams (lack of avoiding blocks, poor coverage, lack of gap protection, poor blocking..or no blocking, penalties, being defensive and thinking, rather than attacking instinctively, lack of focus, shaky kickoffs ...to name a few) ... even more than the improvement of the defense (even though, the Lord knows we are really deficient in all aspects). GO JACKETS! Chop FSU!

You might not believe it, but Georgia Tech leads the ACC in passing efficiency, and this guy -- wide receiver Demaryius Thomas -- is chief among the reasons why. He leads the ACC in receiving yards per game (107.2 per contest). (from OSR 6 am, (10-6-09)
