We have an engineer here that we designate the “safety” guy. He gets to go around an inspect öööö and write reports that we all ignore. And we get to not have him work on design. Everyone wins!

I didn't realize how low down the totem pole we were when the DC is paid less than our competition pays their position coaches.

Yes with 50k raise in feb ( no sure if that was this past Feb or next year) he contract runs till Jan 2025
