No, this is just deja vu. Apparently he had just finished serving a 1 year suspension when the Bengals cut him a little while ago. As part of his return to overall eligibilty by the NFL, he had to continue with a testing / monitoring program, which he evidently blew, just as he had done in the past.
I guess you have to give him some credit for consistency, anyway.....:laugher:
