Just a thought… With all the top coaching spots open and not a long list of candidates, is this the time to make a change?

No, the right time was probably a couple of years ago...2005 I would say. It's not the best time to do this for sure, but it has to be done.

FYI, Rad is Not braine...he isn't indecisive, doesn't shoot from the hip and has everything prepared and planned out.
