Is there anyone else that is pulling for a Big 10 loser trifecta in their biggest bowls?

I would much rather pull for the sec than the REALLY pompous conference that plays virtually no-one outside its borders.

Arkansas v Weeskonsin: 26 - 16 Razorbacks
USC v Meeshagun: 31 -13 Trojans
Florida v OSU: 19 - 17 Alligators

All 3 of my favorites have more athletic ability, with the exception of Arkansas. They have McFadden though.

Why would you pull for SEC schools? Don't we hear enough of how the SEC is the biggest/baddest/best/toughest/greatest/most stupendous football conference in America? I hope that the SEC loses every one of their bowl games. It is interesting to note that Tony Barnhart (notorious SEC homer) has picked every SEC team save one (Alabama) to win their bowl game and every ACC team save one to lose their bowl game. I'm hoping that he will have to eat a lot of crow... or choke on those predictions.

Go ACC
Go Big Ten
Go Fightin' Irish

Simple. Without the B 10 having a conference championship, AND the fact that OSU and UM only went out of conference for 1 big game early in the season, all they had to do was beat some pretty umimpressive teams down the stretch to get one of them in the BCS game.

I don't care for many of the sec teams, but they have proven again that they do produce a few great teams every year in a completely different format.

OSU, UM and Wisc. need to lose in Jan or they will be sitting on top of the polls again next August, with tickets on the fast train to get back to the big game.

I tend to agree with pocket_watch although I wish it wasn't SEC teams that would win instead. Big 10 = Pac 10, IMO. Agree that Michigan and OSU will both be on fast track for MNC next year with wins. OSU has 1 good win this year, Michigan. The Texas win looks very unimpressive now.

Purdue having 8 wins is a huge mark against the Big 10 this year. The Big 10 has nobody past the three top teams, tOSU, UM and Wisc., and Iowa and Penn St. are only decent teams at best.

Look for Maryland to beat Purdue soundly tomorrow night.

I don't think anyone knows how good the Big Ten or so is. The entire league played two decent out of conference games, Notre Dame and Texas. It wouldn't suprise me if Ohio State turns out to not be as good as everyone thinks. Michigan struggled against Penn State, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Ball State. We'll see what happens, but the Big Ten could put up a miserable bowl season.

I don't care for either of them so any of these games that I watch will be strictly from a "football fan" point of view with no preference. The hardest to figure may be Wisconsin. There schedule was so weak it is hard to get a feel for how good they really are, even at 11-1.

Sorry, but the Big 10 is likely going to win all three of those games. The only one I think is in question at all is the Rose Bowl, and even that isn't much of a question. Michigan should win handily.

Arkansas is the most overrated team in the country, and will probably get blown out.

OSU vs. Florida won't be close, unfortunately. I hate Ohio State with a passion, and even I can't see Florida coming within 2 scores.

Wisconsin has to be the worst 11 win team of all-time. They haven't beaten anyone worth a damn this year.

Penn State has beaten one I-A team with a winning record.

From what I've seen of Purdue, they suck.

The Big Ten is two great teams, one decent one, and eight mediocre to crappy teams.
