that the buzzoff board moderator has saved a post I posted on the Hive during Chan's flirtation with the NFL in which I questioned his loyalty to Tech after he'd ran on that principle from day one. Apparently, this mod's chosen to post it on various sports boards.

Yes, I posted it then and I meant it. However, if that mod wants to use that post w/out my permission that's fine. But I'd ask that he include the posts I made after the flirtation was over as well.

Bottom line: At that time, I would've been fine with Chan leaving, but once it was over, we needed to rally the troops and not be a devicive force. Same goes for today. I truly think Tech is poised for a big run this year and the future with all gears in motion ... improvements in recruiting, an upgrade at OC, and BEST depth in years!

So, if someone other than myself wants to represent my opinion, I'd appreciate it if it's fair and balanced. Thx.
 
you have 2 posts in the past 2 years over here at Stingtalk. (including this one)

I am not sure why you posted this over here. I have not seen Beebad around here in MANY years. Bunger stops in for a few posts every ~6 months.

Everyone has known you for, well, too long, to be influenced as to your acumen by anyone other than yourself. Keep on posting as you see fit, as always, as a great Yellow Jacket supporter.

P.S. Sorry I won't be seeing u at a Regional this season @ Tech:ugh:.

AFR, the BO mod is a piece of garbage who will use any factiod he can distort to demean and diminish the head coach of GT and the football program.

In the few visits I've made to his pitiful forum recently I've noticed that he has become more and more shrill and desparate in his denunciations of the coach as it becomes more and more evident that we are poised to have yet another season that defies his predictions of doom.

So he picks one of your posts from the Hive to use as an indictment of the coach....but daily he and his cronies decry the Hive as 'groupthink' and worse....it just reduces his credibility amoung reasonable people even further.

AFR, FWIW, I agreed with your original post and I agree with you now. Some of us get it...some don't.

I did not understand if you were trying to communicate to Beebad through this board?

I just found the whole post confusing b/c it seems hive and buzzoff would be better to make the post, but if you thought he posted it on stingtalk it makes more sense.

IMO Beebad is an idiot. I know he/buzzoff have attacked me before. I am more concerned about our 4th string punter than I am about Beebad's opinion.

Beebad and Buzzoff have been banned from the Hive for years, so I assumed the term "boards" meant Stingtalk and Buzzoff. That's all.

This site is fine with me, not that it matters to anyone. I just don't have time to frequent Stingtalk in addition to the Hive.

Hive suits me best, so that's where I'll spend the majority of my time, but no harm here. Buzzoff? That's a different story, although I understand they are all fans as well ... just incredibly misguided IMHO.

Did he ban you yet or is that right reserved for certain other boards? If he didn't you have to appreciate his inviting you to his home and letting you say what he wants even if he disagrees. After all you are his guest and have no right to post there or anywhere.

Here's to more GT boards like Stingtalk.

I really think any of these folks would be good tailgating associates. To each his own. We all have the PASSION!

"All fans as well"...?? How could someone be a Tech fan if they wanted ND to win because they hate CG so much?

AFR, I have heard good things about you and I appreciate what you just wrote in your posts to this board. I also read your post on BBuzz Off when CG was job hunting. I thought that post was appropriate under the circumstance and you no doubt spoke for a whole lot of fans. That was considerably different from several on that board who use every post as a springboard to attack one or more of our coaches. Frankly, I'm still not convinced that several of them aren't dogs.

Please keep on keeping on. :biggthumpup:
 
I post what I'm thinking and nothing more and I don't carry any more or less weight than anyone else. That's the purpose of these message boards.

We all want the best, we just have different ideas about how to achieve those objectives. Thx.

Beebad doesn't post here. A few Buzzoffers will post here occassionally, but not BeeBad. SO, he must have been referring to another board.

I sat next to a buzzoffer once during a football game. He would yell at the top of his lungs concerning every possible misstep of the team and would just sit on his hands when something good happened (We won the game, btw).
 
Yes, I have a difficult time understanding some of them. Seems many just want to attack and be miserable.

Although there are good folks on that board who use their heads, they are in the minority. It's a depressing feeling for me when I visit, but to each his own.
 
I move that AFR JAcket (the greatest of all Tech fans *smirk*) be adjudicated. He didn't mean it you honor.:laugher:
