During a minute-and-a-half rant Wednesday evening, Saban expressed major disappointment with the half-empty Alabama student section in the south end zone of last Saturday's game against Louisiana-Lafayette.

"I can honestly say I was a little disappointed there weren't more students at the last game. I think we're trying to address that," Saban said Wednesday. "I don't think they're entitled to anything, either. Me personally, I think (seats) ought to be first-come, first-serve.

No offense, Nick but the students would rather chill and drink then watch your team curb stomp a cupcake.

More fun to watch a big game on the TV in air conditioning than go to a noon kick against an obvious blowout

Lol, two half-empty stadiums, two completely different reasons.

Not sure about that. The supposed lure of AC and drinking seems to be the primary cause.

More evidence that America is going down the drain.

Lol yeah, if these stadiums would serve beer in a responsible manner, more students would stay because they could drink beer, and we could drink beer. I like beer.
Why can't everyone just bring in liquor and Rx pain killers like I do :dunno:

I was at the UGAg/MTSU game. The student sections were 90% empty after half

Edibles are really the way to go. No need for many bathroom breaks and you're chill so less fights in stands too.

Yeah man but who the hell knows how to get their hands on that shit?
I don't doubt what you are saying is correct, but I live out of town and have very few friends still in Atlanta. When I come into town for a game, how in the hell am I supposed to get my hands on weed, much less something as obscure as an edible?

It's called the Dark Net. And it's easy.

I don’t think they ever got over 50% full. Maybe for a minute in the second quarter. I left early and still sat in sh!tty traffic.
