It's the Throwbacks

Tough to make that argument given the last two weeks...

Only these do it for me. Most all other Tech unis suck.

Every Tech fan wants to see us in these again. it will never happen.

But IF it does...perhaps wait until we are playing halfway decent football.

This team doesn't deserve to wear school colors. Make them wear powder blue until they decide to put in effort.

You mean like the team that just beat us today? If we're changing things let it be the system that didn't let gnondonkeykong (sp?) into GT. Maybe he could have tackled the UNC qb instead of having one of his best days in a UNC uniform.

I hear UNC has a pretty good system for getting and keeping players in. Maybe we can talk to them about it.

I'm all for letting the coaching staff take an academic risk here or there (and CPJ has probably earned the benefit of the doubt given that he has done well on the academic front), but that kid at UNC scored about a 4 on his SAT. He wouldn't be at GT now had he started here.

Andrew, take your arrogance and shove it up your ass. The players who average the highest SAT scores in college football are graduating GT at 80 to 90%. Those guys wouldn't be students if not for football and they are graduating at a better percentage than normal students ( last time I looks anyways). I'm not talking about reinventing the wheel here or manufacturing classes. I am saying if the players are getting it done in the classroom GT is either cheating like hell or the football team deserves more leniency.

I'm not sure it's possible to score a four on the SAT. Move on.

Calm down, it was just a joke. You should never miss a good opportunity to make fun of UNC.

I'm fine with more academic exceptions. My big issue is with adding majors, which I know you aren't suggesting here. I don't know exactly what happened with Gnonkonde, but I do remember it was pretty much a debacle on all fronts since he had an offer and it was then pulled or something.

The uniforms were the highlight of the game for me. Just need to make a few more plays and get this thing turned in the right direction.

Go Jackets!
