I wouldn't say they're busts but they didn't live up to the hype.
 
Bust = Professional football player who disappoints relative to his college career.
Question is invalid unless you are implying that Jabari is a sculptor or has a large bosom.

I would not define as a bust, more like an over hyped practice All-American. There is no way he was going to live up to the expectations given him on this board.
 
Charles Dudish goes back a while (late 60's or early 70's), that was the Biggest Bust on Grant Field.

Who was the DB transfer from Notre Dame who came in with huge amount of hype and was a total dud? I remember him stepping out of the end zone and then back in on a punt return.

Albert Poree. Was covering a punt and backing down the field watching it roll in order to down it deep. Backed into the endzone and let the ball roll across the line for a touchback, instead of just downing it at the 1 or 2.
