Travis Chambers is the backup on the depth chart. He'll be a junior with game experience.
 
Guys, I don't post often here anymore, but I had to chime in on this thread.

I have seen kelly play, in person; and let me tell you he is actually the better at RB. I know the tape looks nice of him at LB, but I can tell you he plays RB meaner than at LB and we need that punishing back in the backfield. Now, I can't predict the future, and if we recruit some awesome stud RB's down the road he easily can be moved to LB. But he will get his first shot at RB, and this fall will tell us alot about his future. I am excited as hell to see him play college ball. He has a mature college body, reminds me of adrian peterson as a freshman..not saying he is that good, just saying he is a built beast.

Anyway, his recruitment got me excited, I didn't think there was anyway he would get accepted at Tech, and low and behold he is here and is a stud. Best player on the field at any one time in high school
