Nice write-up. Hope he does well. There's so much room for improvement it shouldn't be too hard.

I live in AZ and had never heard of Ganado so I looked it up on Google maps. The comment about having an airport is funny. It looks more like what you see in the movies when a plane lands in Africa on a bumpy dirt clearing. At best it's a runway for a very small plane, not an airport.
