It will be spread out from Amelia Island all the way to St. Augustine. The team hotels are full from what I was told so I did not even look...they are usually the Crowne Plaza (formerly Hilton), Hyatt Regency (formerly Adam's Mark), and/or Radisson-Riverwalk.

We are staying at Ponte Vedra Beach about 20 minutes from Alltel Stadium.

Not going this time, but back in 2000 for the Gator Bowl, we stayed at a Baymont Inn on the southside at 295 and San Jose Blvd. Pretty good place and the $$$ was right. Easy access to the stadium.

I have also stayed at the Embassy Suites on Baymeadows. Very nice if you can get a good deal. Free booze and a full breakfast.

We're actually staying up in Kingsland. It's about a 45 minute drive from JAX, but it avoids the high cost and shotty conditions of the city.

Anyone else plan on staying up near that area?

I went ahead and booked the Omni Hotel on the river. Two nights and I want to be right there.
