I'm sorry the kid got an ankle injury, but it's not clear to me why we should believe the team trainer was negligent in diagnosing it the way he did. Seems like another case of hindsight-is-20/20.

And the fact that he's claiming the cash-for-recruits and overlong, mandatory practices "directly impact[ed] [his] health, safety and well-being" so that he can play immediately at Arizona, really undermines his credibility.
It almost sounds like the guy doesn't want to play football anymore, or at least doesn't want to win, even though allegedly that's what he'll be doing at Arizona.
Marchiol's allegations were written in a statement that is part of his attempt to be cleared to play for Arizona and Sumlin this year, rather than sit out the customary season after transferring.
