This is an unofficial job opening (haven't fired the guy yet) but I need a true manager with true management skills. He finally got the guys producing after he fired 3 of them but how long will that type of motivation last?

This job offers profit sharing. The darn things sell themselves and that's what I've got now, a manager playing salesman.
