Joe Hamilton At GT rumor

The other board has a rumor that Joe Hamilton may be coaching at GT. Is this true? I love Joe and hope this works out. Any possibility this could be true?:fingersx:

i believe our NCAA allowed coaches #'s are spent...we don't have room. This may be as a grad asst or in some other fashion if true
 
Pray for the NCAA to allow Joe an extra year of eligibility.
 
I had a fraternity brother several years my younger who told me at homecoming last year he tutored Joe to help him get his degree and that he got the impression it was for something along these lines.
 
Joe is not on the staff yet. There would have to be an opening first as we are full. He could be a grad asst if we have room for another one. I wish we could make room for Joe, we should know soon enough.
 
Grad assistant would be the right step for Joe at this point. I don't think he's had any actual coaching experience yet, correct?

Don't think that he has. With exception to 2003, as well as this past season, Joe has been on either an NFL or NFL Europe roster.
 
Coach Ralph wanted to hire him at Maryland, but could not due to his not having a degree. Not long after this revelation, he re-enrolled at GT to compete his studies.

It would be great to see him on the sidelines.
