Does anyone have the pic after the Georgie game with Dewberry and Curry all smiles while Dewberry holds some of the hedges?
 
Awesome, John!!

I have a UGAG buddy that I gave a back-handed compliment to after the Saturday Vandy game. Told him I respected Richt for shoving his hoods off of the VEE. He responded that it's not so different than YOU grabbing hedge after the victory.

I've got one in a frame that is signed by Coach Curry. It is boxed away. If I'm in that storage space anytime soon, I will pull it out.

He signed it before the '85 season. I believe that was the "fan photo day" where I got my picture taken with a guy that went by the name of "Big John Davis" and later had some nickname that had something to do with kitchen appliances (Sir Blender? Microwave Man? something like that anyway...:D)
 
I've got one in my GT scrapbooks --probably near the picture of that great 13-man goal line stand in the '85 game.

I been trying to tell you folks this for 4 or 5 years now!!!!!:laugher::laugher:

I don't see a smile on Curry, I see only a steely gaze.

No doubt he was smiling on the inside.
 
Bill Curry has that stoic --"Georgie, we just kicked your ass because, like Coach Dodd said, we are smarter than you and we're going to outsmart you next year as well"-- look about him.
 
I used that photo as my Christmas card, it was not recieved well in Athens.
 
good thing the GA fands didn't send us a copy of the police blotter the next AM after that game.
