He has 20 acres in the north Midtown area that he is trying to rebrand as Uptown. His company has plans for more than $2B in development.

J Dewberry is very successful. His mentor was Kim King. Dewberry and Associates is made up of type "A" personalities that want to rule the world. A bit over the top for most, but good for them. They are winning.
