Johnson believes in his coaches

Is this a captain goes down with the ship scenario? Although this year has been painful, I would bet against changes being made. Stansbury may pull the plug next year, but he has ties to Roof (the obvious scapegoat) and probably doesn't fire a head coach with 9 years of tenure after only a few months on the job.
 
Should we let Paul and Ted fight on the 50 yard line after the season to see who comes back next year?
 
No way CPJ is fired after this season unless he's caught killing someone or having sex with Peterson's wife...
 
I actually think that CPJ and his staff are doing a great job, we had a tuff time recruiting before Ted Roof.. (2012 & 2013 were train wrecks with not many still on roster)
Below are people who have left the program from 2012 & 13 classes (would be R Sr this year like JT5 and or true Senior like LB PJ Davis)
BB- Travis Custis (suppose to be the next Big Thing)
AB - Dennis Andrews
WR- Anthony Autry
LB- Beau Hanins
WR - Mike Summers
DL- Travin Henry
OL - Chase Roberts
OL- Chris Griffin
DE - Justin Akins
AB- Lynn Griffins
DL - Kevin Robbins
DL - Dauris Commisng
BB- Donovan Wilson
DB - Johns Marvin
QB- Ty Griffin

I think 2017 and 2018 you will see us get back to having some leadership and the youth on the team to mature and the wins to pile up! But we lost so many kids from those two classes that would be starting/contributing had they stayed.
Hang tough it will get better!!
 
Roberts and Chris Griffin got hurt. I thought Hankins got hurt too.

PJ, like any good boss, isn't going to throw his people under the bus in public. For the most part. Behind closed doors, in the film rooms, I imagine it's different.
Anything he's said in public that could be taken as critical of the staff or players probably isn't anything he hadn't said to them in person and in private already.

You can believe in the Great Pumpkin. He'd have the same result as low T ted Roof.

Hot dang. So we are great recruiters after all! We just can't keep them in school.
