As I said before I know Jon already found out who the starter is, I really dont think it mattered anyway because it sounds like were likely to see 2 different QB's. And thats fine I dont think its going to matter. I just think its funny fat Charlie keeps trying to hide it, if only his lineman could keep their mouths shut!
Here's a quote about Weiss trying to keep it a secret:
"There will be a wrinkle here and there for us, but it's Notre Dame. You've got to prepare for Notre Dame," Tech defensive coordinator Jon Tenuta said. "We have film on all their games. You prepare for Notre Dame. I know probably more than they want me to know."
 
Demjackets could you please tell the rest of us that arent in the loop who there planning on starting at QB or at least PM it to us that would like to know?

i believe that you should go on record, demjackets, and state who the QB is... and we will see if you are right or wrong on Saturday.
 
The people who have been around this board long enough know who to trust and who not to with info, if you dont want to believe me then dont, i will answer to pm's im not stating it on the public board though, as i usually do not with any info unless its public knowledge already.
 
I like this line from the article (referring to scout team QB Kyle Manley who's not really suited to imitate Demetrius Jones)...

Pretty much would ruin a posisble advantage if we actually knew what Weiss is thinking wouldn't it? I'm confident that our staff knows nothing, much less some guy on an internet site.

Don't tell the world what you think you know - whether you actually do or don't.

Some people have a long way to go to learn the difference between playing chess and checkers.

Excuse me? I'm not telling anything did I? Did I say who it was? You can be as confident as you want, I really dont care, but I guess you know more then I do, because you work right here huh?
 
After all these Pm's slamming me and then fowl boy, im just gonna stop posting on Stingtalk. Thanks to a lot of you, ive enjoyed interacting with and I know there are a few of you that actually took my posts seriously...i dont want to upset people though...have fun debating before the game, see some of you in South Bend I hope. Everyone have a safe trip!

One more thing, Winklejohn came by earlier and was told the same thing. I'm out!

I'll try to spell this out for you:

See - Notre Dame already knows who their QB will be. That means that telling 'which' QB will start is not the secret.

But if you thought GT's coaches also knew who it might be - and then you told the whole damn world that they knew something - then what?

A tactical advantage is lost - regardless of what that information might be or whether or not it is accurate.

You're not the only one that knew. You're just the only one that told. And defiantly and adamantly you did.

Then you defend yourself by 'bragging' about being a guy on the inside - when you clearly abused that privilege by telling information that was not meant for public consumption.

You should take this weekend to read Sun Tzu. You'll be better for it, and you'll start telling a lot less of what you know.

ok I have to respond...you said your confident the staff knows nothing then come out at me like this, if your so sure they know nothing then why would you act like this? There was no tactical advantage, Weiss is a joke, We have prepared for every QB anyway, knowing the starter doesnt help much because we will see 2 QB's guaranteed. I dont brag, but when people doubt I have to reinforce. You also said im not the only one who knew but you also said the staff doesnt know your sure of it, the staff knows I post on here and they read it everyday, your the one with his panties in a wad.:biggthumpup:

What you just said is exactly why I don't post on the Hive insiders anymore, don't do practice reports, position reports or any of that crap. It sucks doesn't it?

With that said, techfowl is a good guy and a buddy...so I am sure this is more of misunderstanding than him being hard.

FYI they also used to read my posts alot too. I have had butch brooks call me on occasion....so for all of you, the staff does monitor the boards.
