Jordan Jefferson to start for LSU

Jordan Jefferson is not bad, but not that good either. He has played in two games: the Ole Miss game and the Arkansas game. The only game he has started was against Arkansas and here are his stats for that game:

19 rushes for 50 yards (way worse than Tyrod)
9/21 143 yds and 2 TD (QB Rating of 131 is pretty darn good)

Stats for the season:

If you look at his season stats, you can see that he is not that great of a rusher. He more of a passer than rusher and doesn't come close to Tyrod Taylor in terms of dual threat.

We don't really have to worry about LSU's offense, it's their defense/our offense that will determine who wins this game. If they force a ton of turnovers, it is an LSU win. If we don't fumble, it is a GT win.

Me too.

He's got some potential but the fact that he is a freshman glares through in his decision making and overall ability.

Our DL has done extremely well disrupting young/inexperienced QBs this season, and with LSU's OL being what it is(they say it's terrible on their board) I'm hoping that Johnson And Co. will have a field day.

He kinda reminds me of Rohan Davie, minus the polish....and about 50 pounds.

He has some wheels on him and is a very capable scrambler. He will get LIT up by our Dline.

Jordan Jefferson -> Probably just a tad better than George Jefferson...

...but still not good enough to beat our Jackets.

Well LSU fans (a little over half anyway) are in full panic mode right now. The sky is falling and most of them fear they'll end up back into mediocrity like they were in the 90s.

The o-line isn't bad, but like most of their team, it is not playing nearly as well as their talent would suggest.

Many LSU fans are excited about Jordan Jefferson. He seems to have promise, but is very inexperienced. Essentially LSU will have to go through the new QB struggles they were forced to endure under J. Lee all over again.

As long as GT maintains their run discipline, they should be able to stop LSU's O easily.
