Josh Nesbitt GT HOF

One of my favorite plays was the one where we fumbled in the red zone at FSU, and Nesbitt ran into the scrum of Seminoles and ripped the ball away to get it back. We definitely needed it that night in such a back and forth scoring fest.

Well deserved! Nesbitt is a LEGEND. He could have said "bye, felecia " when PJ came but he chose to stay and became one of the best behind center in Tech history. Congrats, Josh!
 
Nesbitt was the QB at Tech for my last 2 years at Tech. Even met him on the Stinger one time. Dude did not talk much, but he was a warrior and my favorite Tech athlete. He was toughness personified. Oh, and he basically guaranteed every 4th and 1. Those were the good ol' days.
 
I feel privileged to have seen nearly all of his home games in person. JfN was a helluva leader, QB, and ball carrier. Seeing him under center always gave me a feeling of confidence that we're in good hands. Special, special guy. Thank you and congrats!

Those were the good old days... of the CPJ death march. I always looked forward to that point in the game when JN either handed the ball off to JD/AA or followed them into the fray, coming out the other side with another 1st and 10. It was demoralizing to the opponent that they just couldn't get the ball back as the game was oozing away right through their fingers.
 
JfN is a legend. Couldn’t be more deserved. Not sure I’ve ever seen someone fight for a first down quite like him. Beast.
 
I'll never forget 2009 VT and 2009 ACC CG. Very blessed to have attended both.
