Doesn't matter about the PI call.....you complain about that one, and we complain about the Sanks "non-fumble" call in 99. Different games, same result. The beneficiary of these "bad calls" went on to win.....and I might add that both of these bad calls occurred at BDS......
 
Hey, I'm just saying that the bad calls have gone both ways, and if we had reviewable calls back in 99, there would have been no fumble. Maybe Tech stops us on the goal line, and maybe they dont, but there still would have been no fumble. However, I am inclined to think that Tech would have stopped us on the goal line, anyway......UGA was a rotten team in 99. Don't be soooooo sensitive.......you had a streak going in the late 90s.......until we hired a real coach. As soon as you guys do the same thing, the rivalry will be much more even...unless you hire Goff or Donnan.
 
I was in the student section in the North endzone when that ball came out in '99. Sanks was standing upright when the ball came out. I saw it clear as day and about did a backflip when it happened.

CHEEERS to that! No way anyone can argue about that fumble. mmmmmm...... fumble pie.
 
The joke of it is that the referees were suspended for the Sanks call, but not the PI. Since then, the SEC refs are scared to call it as they see it.
