Kentucky OC turns down UGAg

Not only did he turn it down, but he's a run heavy guy and is losing likely the best RB to ever come through KY to graduation this year. The dwags are still loaded at OL and RB and he STILL said no.

The match is lit, the dumpster is ready
This is a delightful juxtaposition to the successful hiring spree we've been on. I honestly don't know enough about the world of asst coaches to have any idea how good ours are... but at least we're not making offers to coaches at schools "below" us and getting rejected. We're pulling them from schools "above" us. Suck it, dawgs.

EDIT: I guess, though, the riposte there is that there are schools above us not below us. Nevermind.

Maybe Kirby is a difficult guy to work for.

Coley was the Miami OC under Al Golden, and at FSU (pre-Jameis Winston). On the surface this is definitely a pretty underwhelming move for them, and a glorious day for us (and thus, the world).
Jimbo allegedly wanted Coley to be OC at Texas A & M. He might not be a box of rocks. But it is refreshing to see Kirby having to scramble.

Kirby has lost control of the program.

Kind of wondering... All the good juniors are jumping ship, coordinators leaving, 3rd-tier coordinators turning down raises to go there and that's just what is public.

I'm hearing there is dissension in the locker room and some players are questioning whether the coaches have cost them not one but two NCs. Dwagville is not a happy place right now.

Kirby is a real big rah-rah guy. I'm sure it wears pretty thin after you hear him light into the team for the hundredth time.
