Every team we’ve played has a guy that just kicks it out the end zone with no chance for a return.

I know we’re capable of it because we’ve done it. Why do we give up 50 yard returns instead? I don’t get it.

Even though this topic has been beaten into the ground, cincy is correct. It is still a problem, no matter if we win or not.
 
Weird thing is that Davis was getting touchbacks earlier in the year, but none the last 2 games at least. Seems unlikely that we’re kicking them short intentionally, so I wonder what changed. Maybe he’s got a dead leg after Louisville and VPI. :-)

Crazy that the kicking motions between kickoffs and punts are that much different, I'm sure we've given harvin a shot in practice to put it out of the end zone and even he can't do it.
