This is in NO WAY an apolgy for Lamar Thomas or any other thugs that have gone thru the "Program" the last 20 years.

I just find it an impossible situation for the head coach and school officials when the UM football alumni that have gone on to the bling lifestyle of the NFL have more influence on current players than do the coaches.

Just today I heard a disgusted Miami alum say how Coker has finally pleaded for the ex Hurricane NFL mentors to please stop rewarding current players.
I do find direct cash incentives unbelievable, but I do think Miami has a BIG problem with ex player interference.
It used to be a good thing. Not anymore.

Lamar Thomas didn't think he was saying anything wrong. That is very scary.

Does anyone else find it funny that a guy looses his job over talking about fighting and the people actually fighting just cant play in one game? Seriously, these were criminal acts under the cover of college sports. 1 measely game? Against Duke? Wow.
