We won 3 and the other 5 could have gone either way. After watching the game last night I think Ole Miss, Pitt, and FSU will be tough to beat but not in the category of ND & UGA last year. I would not be surprised to see us knock one of them off. Hopefully we won’t have anymore punts blocked or crazy lateral plays saving the QB from getting sacked. We should beat W Car and Duke . So that leaves 6 toss up games. I don’t think we pull an 0’fer like we did last year. I think we are a better team this year. I thought the defense held up well until the end and we can move the ball. That is the best defense we will face until UGA. If we win 3 of the toss up games, W Car, Duke, and one of the Ole Miss, Pitt, FSU games, we will have 6 wins. From what I saw last night, this is definitely doable. So I’m thinking 4-6 wins for this team. As far as CGC is concerned we still had too many coaching brain farts but I like the coaching staff he has assembled. The guys do play hard and I like that. Our OL could have mailed it in at halftime last night but I think they came back out with a little pee and vinegar to start the second half. I actually think Key has done pretty good considering he had to basically start from scratch and reassemble an OL. If this team improves every week and we are able to pull out 6 wins which is going to be tough, I think the perception of our program changes, recruiting improves, and we don’t lose as many players to the portal.
