Of note:
1.) Looks like Sean Bedford moved to center from DL. He was a guy Machine had listed as a dark horse to start or get significant PT on the DL, so he's probably a good athlete. I like this move as it takes from a position of great strength and shores up a position of VERY little depth.

2.) Brad Sellers went from Center to Tackle. Don't know what to make of this one except maybe just means he wasn't as good as they had hoped at snapping the ball then blocking.

3.) Jason Hill has gone from starter at left guard to 3'rd string right guard (behind a walkon) during fall camp. Again, don't know what to make of it. Maybe it's just good news in that Howard and Smith just proved to be better after more time recovering from their injuries. Also, Gilbert seems to have locked up the other guard spot, which is also probably good news. PJ said he'd probably rotate 3 guards, which means Gilbert, Howard, and Smith will be your 3.

4.) At RT, Brown is back (good news). Barrick remains at #2. Yandell has moved over, perhaps with an opportunity to move up the depth chart on that side.

5.) Not too much surprise at Safety. Edwards jumped Jasper for #2 at Rover. What will be interesting is to see who the first guy off the bench is in Nickel and who the 2'nd guy off the bench is in Dime. Will it be Taylor, then Edwards? That's my guess. But then again, it could be that another CB comes in like a Peterson or Frierson. That's something to watch for Thursday.

6.) Rashaad Reid remains at #3 corner while Kamaron Riley does not. Probably means a sure RS for Riley, and probably still a RS for Reid depending on injuries. Will be interesting to see if Reid plays special teams Thursday.

7.) Sims remains on the chart at the 5'th WR. Hopefully he will still RS, especially after Earls heals. But, PJ said they would rotate 4 or 5 at WR and 4 or 5 at AB. I think Sims remains on the bench unless there's no choice.

8.) I'm going to love seeing Clark and Dwyer run on KR's. Melton may get a chance there too Thursday - though hopefully there will be only one chance for our kickoff return team all night.

9.) A-Back is most interesting with Cox still starting and Peeples and G.Smith as 2nd stringers. More interesting is that Garside is now 3'rd string and Lockhart is off the chart. Did Garside beat him out, do the coaches just want to redshirt him, what about Malone as 3rd on the other side? PJ said he wanted to give Garside a chance to beat out the guys whose butts he was kicking in practice, which is a very cool thing in my book. So maybe Garside is moving on up. Seems like Tony Clark might be good at A-Back too since he's made so much noise as a return man.

Can't wait, it's gonna be fun! My engine is revving up big time.

How many think Cox will be used mostly as a blocker on the wing? I noticed earlier we have a strong side to the line and a "smaller" side.

Hmmmm ... Good point. I hadn't even thought about that (the strong/weak or Big/Small sides of our O-Line).
