even the FSU and Miami offenses have chilled out the past couple years...and looks like more of the same with Kyle Wright and Drew Weatherford this year.

btw...notice ESPN listing GTech as one of the 2 toughest games left for FSU along with at Louisville?...then added the VTech game will be tough also.

Very good point Hiveredtech, hopefully the people on this board who are ready to throw in the towel b/c of our offense, watched this game and hopefully they will realize hiveredtech's point, that the ACC this year will be about defense.

Another thing we have to admit, both the ND and GT offenses were far more prepared than the FSU and Miami offenses in terms of making mistakes. There were multiple fumbled snaps, fumbled exchanges, and delay of games in the Miami/FSU game.

I really just think all of this speed added to the defensive side of the ball across the ACC, obviously disrupting the offenses, has led to this big surge in defensive minded outcomes.

That's right Hiveredtech!

I learned last night the true meaning of "Flag Football".

I have this new theory (new to me anyways) that playing against good defenses in practice stunts offensive development, particularly QB development.

Think there's any truth to that? Should we start scrimmaging the first team O vs the 2nd team D in practice?
