we were close but in the end we need players to step up.

I think Garner will see some action next year. I still think Reggie will get most of the snaps but Garner may be the guy to take us to the next level.

I think Reggie can be a nice piece in a platoon situation but we DO NEED consistency.

We HAVE TO HAVE a FG kicker that can make FG's. GT has NEVER had success w/o good FG kicking.

In a game like tonight's one guy stepping up in the right situation can mean the difference in winning and losing. We all saw the game and, as has been the case all year long, special teams, in particular punt coverage, cost GT in a big way tonight.

On the other end of the spectrum, UGA fans are probably pointing to Flowers as the guy who stepped up ...his punt returns flipping the field position that GT owned in the second half, which led to the eventual game winning TD.

This was an entertaining defensive football game tonight. Poor punt coverage and too many dumb penalties at the most inopportune time cost the Jackets tonight.
