you could try saving the excel file as TXT (using save as option under file) and then pasting.

the easiest thing is probably to post into Word using and fixing it there using the available options. remember, you can use the "paste special - unicode text" option to get tables into pure text if you want. there is also the convert table to text option under "tables" toolbar

yeah, I went contrarian and picked OSU to keep it close. Boy was I wrong! However, I did get 15 of the 19 picks ATS (my picks were in bold) which ain't too shabby. (Texas game was canceled).

I should win my office pool for the week and pocket about $50.
