I'm at the edge. Team to arrive around 6;50. CPJ to speak to crowd. come on down crowd is building.

good seeing you and the family there Axe.

I cannot get StingTalk to load on my blackberry...but Scout and Rivals do. How did you post?

It was a lot of fun. My kids got tons of autographs...fans were crazy. Players were passing around pieces of the hedge from Sanford Stadium. I got a picture of my kids holding one.

Our players were smiling ear to ear....they were pretty banged up though...lots of limping. It is probably good that we have some time off.
 
Great to see you guys as well. Stingtalk works very well on Windows Mobile on my Treo.

Anyway, I don't have the pictures handy yet. We took 4 kids down with us, so it was everything we could do to get them back and ready for bed.

It was a nice scene. The players seemed pretty blown away. My 2 year old gave Claytor a big high five. Claytor said he really wanted to soak up the morning. He yelled to the crowd and asked What's the Good Word?

We were told that CPJ would speak to the crowd but he didn't before we had to go. The kids were hungry and ready to roll.

Jacket 56, I gave a number of players a big thank you. A great night and the little Axe tots loved it!
 
CPJ said we should get used to this feeling, because we're doing it again next year and then he stepped out of the way so the kids could get some love.
