After the Gurley pay for autographs suspension the state of Georgia had a state legislator introduce a bill making it illegal to violate the NCAA’s rules on paying players. So he wanted state law to be controlled by the NCAA and what they considered violations. I imagine the uga bagmen were like STFU.

If it is a ooc team, write it into the contract. If someone plants a flag, they don’t get paid (or fined).
