<font size="2" face="Arial, Verdana, Sans-Serif">Simple...people realize that the line was dumb and have placed bets on Tech. The Vegas lines move only based on how many people are betting on each team.

The same thing happened with Miami-Fla last week. When the line was released, Fla was favored by 1 point. I and many others quickly got our bets in, because it seemed a cinch Miami would win. Later, the line had changed to Miami by 3. If too many people are betting on one team, the line moves to give the bookies a better shot.
