Not many names i know that are on our wide reciver board. But this happens to be one of them. He plays on the same team as our qb commit jordan luallen. I like our chances.

I'm just glad PJ likes to recruit a lot of QBs so we can convert some of them to WRs.

Runs a 5.2 40

At the Chicago Scout Camp in 2007 he had the following:

Height: 6' 1/2"
Weight: 159
Forty: 4.66
Vertical: 34.5"
Short Shuttle: 4.22
3-cone: 6.93
Broad Jump: 9'6"

He has since improved his forty speed since then by running in the 4.5 - 4.6 range regularly.

He recently ran a 14.53 qualifying time in a track meet for the 110 hurdles. I am not sure what his actual meet time was.

Looks damn good.

By the time this thread is over, Luke will go about 6'8" 350, run a 4.2 forty and have changed his name to Bill Brasky.

There was a guy when I was in school in the '80's who ran about a 12.4 40. He wasn't fast, but he could catch the ball and hold on while getting leveled by a free safety. That's the kind we need.
