I may have been away for awhile since the coaching change, but has this 'declaration' been common knowledge? I was hoping he would build his draft position and thought with another 15 lbs and a good season might be a #1 round pick- I know the NFL draft is all about measurables and not always performance, but I hope he is getting good advice on his standing.
