Major Flaws

I have no problem if a player choses to leave. If a young player leaves then he was never bought in so probably better he goes. And no matter where a player goes he’s going to have to earn a spot just like at GT. I just see it as replacement level players being replaced by other replacement level players.

If you are counting on a big improvement next yr there is a big problem--a lot of teams may not lose their SR class this yr per Covid.So their exp carries over and doesn't get lost relative to us.. hmmm

And neither are happening. Coach is a recruiter and a salesman. Nothing evident that he is truly a good coach.
