Mario Edwards cleared to play this season

Article states he is expected to start. Does Reese or Burnett move to corner? or is the AJC full of s*** like normal?
 
This is great news!!! We were way too thin at secondary, especially with messr. Tarrant getting into trouble.
 
Good grief I hope they don't move MB to corner. He is the epitome of an All American Safety...
 
Burnett is going to start at SS, not FS. He's going to be our Ed Reed. Edwards would be a great combo at FS.
 
I would guess Reese may move to corner. Burnett, Edwards, Jahi, and Reese would be a solid back 4.

I actually see the opposite. FYI Ed Reed plays Free safety now not Strong. Landry plays strong.

Burnett is a better pass defender than edwards...I would keep him at free, with edwards at strong.

Right now they have not rep'd 1 lick together at S....so its a call I can't make. Up to now, edwards in at S and burnett was at CB. Once they rep together it may be an easier call.

Also our d is very multiple so its tough to tell who is strong or who is free....once they play man it is easy to tell as usually the free safety plays man free or deep zone. THIS is what burnett is doing now, so that tells me he is free...just an FYI from my observations at practice.

Until I see/hear that from the coaching staff I'm going to assume it's the AUC making the story more dramatic. PJ says he will contribute. We'll see what that means.
 
Reese is going to be a bad-ass no matter where he plays. I don't know why the last staff didn't play him more...he would have been far better than some of the other guys we put out there last year.
 
Morgan burnett is playing rover. Reese may move to corner and start. Or him and edwards battle it out for first team. I think reese will move.
