Maybe we should ask Troy Aikman who should be Coach!

After Barry Switzer's firing following the unsuccessful 1997 campaign, QB Troy Aikman made many urgent demands that (Norv)Turner be named head coach. When Chan Gailey was named coach, Aikman was famously unhappy, stating "They're screwing this team up."

Considering Aikman was pushing for Norv Turner, I'd say they would've ended up the same either way.
 
Yeah, Aikman was so dead-on about how great Norv "The Franchise Killer" Turner is.

I don't think chan's horrible I think he's a good coach...just not a great coach...besides this quote from Aikman was just to funny to pass up... And, yeah I'll take Aikman's advice over Emmit's
 
I think Chan may very well be an amazing coach, but the simple fact is that if he doesn't win out, someone will have to fall on their sword, and he's going to be the guy that's gotta do it.

There's no avoiding facts.
