Clemson just got a gift from the refs. Looked like two safeties in a row.
 
Clemson just got a ridiculous break on a very questionable overturn by the officials. Instead of giving up a safety to go down 12-9 with 7 minutes left, they got the ball at the 6 inch line and picked up 70 yards on 3rd down. Now they're knocking on the door to take the lead.

I have no idea how Tech lost so badly to Clemson.
 
Wasn't anything questionable about it. It was a safety. How in the hell did the refs screw that one up????
 
Replay continues to frustrate me.

Was there irrefutable evidence that Clemson had possession of the fumble before entering the endzone? Of course not, as TV commentators all agreed.

So, refs claim irrefutable evidence that no one else viewing agrees with, takes two points off the board for Maryland, gives Clemson the ball instead of a having to kick from the 20, and CU hits a long pass.

The ACC is trying to keep some national interest in their championship game by keeping Clemson alive. That is the only irrefutable evidence in this game.

Here's hoping the Terps can still pull this out.
 
Did anyone else think the next play was also a safety? They never showed a replay, but it didn't look like Spiller got out of there.

Wow. Maryland deserved every bit of that. I don't know if I want to see them again.
 
Pretty amazing how up they were for GT and apparantly are just unable to replicate that focus for the remainder of their schedule.
