Miami Game time six-day hold

It's because they are going to lose to Duke, isn't it.
I can't imagine Dook has any gas left in the tank after SMU and Duke has to travel to Miami. I think this one could get ugly.

Which means they show up here unbeaten and we, for a change, are rested. I think we have a better shot than most people think.

This may be my first home game in like 5 years, but it depends on kick-off timing. Bummed that it got the 6 day option, delaying my ability to make plans. Still going to NC State though regardless, so that will be nice.

Better have these guys ready cause the ACC refs ain’t gonna let Miami go down with out a fight

The playoff system makes this less true. Miami can afford to lose a game and still make the playoffs...

It's sad that we don't matter - but we don't. Why would Miami game plan for us and show their cards? They are better off playing us vanilla (only what's already on film) and save anything new for playoffs.

Don’t tell me what I think. I think we have a better shot than you think. Howbowda

Do you think in that situation they still need to make the ACC championship? Cause that would be in doubt with a conference loss.

Speaking of, how is that going to work if Miami, Clemson, and SMU win out?? Who gets in? Is it total wins and losses?

Good question. I don’t know.

In a 12 team playoff, I would assume an 11-1 Miami is in - even if they don’t play on the conference championship.

Weird scenario is perfectly ACC.

It’s a complex algorithm that would be hard to us to really understand. But I believe it’s something along the lines of “IF SEC=1, then CFP=1; else=lolz”

I don’t see more than one ACC team making it in.
