I'm pulling for UNC, but they are getting completely jobbed by the refs. They just had a obvious touchback placed on the 1 yard line. They've also had some phantom unsportsmanlike penalties.
 
UM going down to UNC, USC going down to Oregon St., Duke blowing away UVA, Clemson falling to Maryland, and possibly Florida blowing it against Ole Miss. What a weekend of football!! The only thing better will be watching Alabama roll over Georgia.
 
UNC is only going to get better too. They may be ouf toughest game other than UGA.
 
Not really worried about either team. I have to point out that I was impressed with UM's offense today. So either UNC's defense sucks, or Pat Nix just had a decent game today.

I know UNC will get better, but I don't think they'll be able to stop our run, and I know that UM won't be disciplined enough to do so.

The thing that frustrates me now is that our chances of VT losing two are getting slimmer and slimmer. Hopefully BC and <insert random team here> will pull it off.
 
I said it before that Miami's D is not as good as people think. They looked very beatable in this game. Also UNC is going to test our secondary, I just hope we're ready.
 
I've said it many times - UNC is the one team that should scare everyone in the ACC. They are the one team that can throw well enough to stay in any game.

I've felt this way about UNC as well. It looks like Yates broken ankle won't slow them down --Sexton had a very nice game. @UNC come 11/8 has the makings of being a huge game for both teams.

We don't necessarily need VPI (not VT by the way) to lose two. As long as the one team that does beat them is a one loss team that we beat, there's still a chance we'll win the tie-breaker. I don't remember the rest of the conditions when there's a three-way tie, and it's not really worth pulling up yet since there's still a lot of season left.

Personally, I always say "Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University".
