Michigan is probably the easiest job in the country right now. I'm shocked that people aren't taking that job.

LSU is a much tougher job right now, even though they have quite a pipeline of recruits.

Rutgers is Rutgers but PSU is also a good job.
 
I am baffled that a coach would stay at Rutgers, of all places, when he has a chance to go to Michigan. He must really like it there.

What's so baffling? They have tons of money (state school of New Jersey), a conference they can realistically compete in every year, a solid recruiting base that they're reclaiming, and they know what life is like without Schiano (and it ain't so good), .

Sounds like a perfect formula for Schiano.
