It seems as though over and over again people blame CCG for all of Gt's losses upsetting seasons and losses to UGA the past few years. I'm hear to enlighten you guys.
Nothing in the past 4 years matters.
A BIG asterik should appear in the Georgia Tech encyclopedia that says "Reggie Ball era."
I've already read one pessimistic view of the season on here but im tired of it already. Let me ask you a question, if the best NFL coach was hired at GT and reggie ball was your quarterback, you would have seen the exact same thing over and over again. The only bonehead decision the coaches made was letting Reggie Ball PLAY QB. After that it was all Reggie Ball's fault we lost those games. Throwing the ball out of bounds on 4th down wasn't a genius thing to do. But I'll bet millions CCG didn't call that play.
This is a new season for a great team, we will win the ACC and get a BCS bid. How's that for optimism.

It wasn't just Reggie. We were decimated on the offensive line after flunkgate + Oleary's last 2 recruiting classes. The state of the Oline was a major reason we were forced to play a running style QB.

Last season was really the first where our Oline was really back to BCS level quality.

Ummmm.... Yeah, so how is that not Chan's fault? The coaches also managed on several occassions to avoid giving the ball to the greatest player ever to put on a GT uniform.

BUT, this is a new year and this Saturday will show if Tech has finally turned the corner. This is a game that teams in the Reggie Ball Era would lose.
