More student tickets available!

Several of you guys replied but I still have more student tickets available! PM if you need any.
 
How are you getting student tickets and selling them off? Didn't the GTAA suspend students two years ago for doing this? Better be careful.
 
I am not selling anything, it's all for free. You just need GTid to get in.

The reason I ended up with extra tickets is because we picked up tickets for our home game block but many people are out of town for thanksgiving.
 
we camped out two nights ourselves but people have been camping out since thursday. You can be sure those out-of-town-tickets will get to other Tech fans pretty fast.

On the other hand, outside student sections, there would be a pretty significant dawg presence unfortunately. Hopefully they will all be crying on their way out.
 
do you still have some...me and a couple of other guys from my fraterninty camped out for 2 days and didnt get any bc of the friday crew...i realize you dont have this many, but do you have enough for a couple of my brothers (fortunately I have friends that had an extra for me)?
 
Why do you camp out if you have a block? Isn't that the whole poing of getting block seats? We never had to once since they instituted block seating for fraternities in '02 I beleive.
 
unless your in 1st and 10 (which i dont know why we arent) you still have to be in line to turn in your blocks tickets
 
calvin, just replied to u in private.

The system is different now, only athletes get dedicated tickets. Everybody else has to go and camp out, or be there when the ticket office opens.

The advantage of having a block now is that we can assign shifts to everyone and have less camping out per person.
 
my fraternity has been a member of first and ten for many years and we have a block for everygame without waiting in line, we turn in tickets friday and pick them up on weds and we are guaranteed tickets
 
Do they still let one person claim like 100 vouchers by themselves? Because I always felt that is pretty retarded, each person should only be able to redeem like five vouchers.
 
you have to pay for 1st and 10 I think, but it's not a bad idea. Yeah they let each person get 250 tickets if they have vouchers from 250, it's ridiculous.

They have separate tickets for graduate students which make it easier for them (well, us, I am one).
 
They have all been picked up. I should have probably given more to stingTalk folks and less to on-campus people, but oh well, the stingTalk demand looked low when I first posted on tuesday and early wednesday.

Let me say this then... you are my hero. A true Tech fan. Make sure that GT fans get those tickets. Keep up the good work!!!
 
mann, does anyone else know of anyone getting rid of GT tickets or selling them for a reasonable price? Thanks.
