Morgan Burnett passed over for All ACC?

How is it that he can be co-leader for interceptions in the nation and be placed on the 2nd team all ACC...I mean seriously, some of his interceptions ala UGA were game changing plays. I think it's a shame that he wasn't one the 1st team.....Despite this I love the kids attitude and wanting to recognize the TEAM and not take all the credit himself...Selfless player!

I think the guy who beat him had more tackles, although less for a loss, so it seems to me it says more about his LB's and DL than his play.

I think the tipping point was that Burnett is just a Sophomore... They figure he has 2 more years of making the team...

Morgan Burnett could be first team all american in the nation before he is gone. That's just the retarded ACC. I really try to like out conference, but after hearing about Clemson possibly going to the Gator bowl over us, and then Morgan Burnett not making first team ACC ... it's tough to like our conference on the football side of things right now. Apparently the ACC doesn't reward success (examples: Morgan and Clemson).

Technically the Peach is a better bowl than the Gator. If the rumors are true then we go to the Peach/Chicken Bowl while Clemson goes to Gator. That leaves the loser of the ACCCG as the one getting screwed.
