Since I started cheering for Tech as a freshman in 97, this is absolutely at the top of my list.

Who cares about not going to Tampa? All I know is this is the best I have ever felt after a football game. Made it that much sweeter to be in St Simons surrounded my a bunch of (stunned) dawg fans.

To Hell With Georgia.
 
It ranks right up there with the home game against ugag with Little Joe beating Quincy and the dawgs in those overtimes.
 
Great win today.

Won't say that it tops 35-18 in Athens in '84, but a da** sweet win nonetheless!

The '04 comeback @ Clemson comes close, but this game is at the very top.

1. '08 @ UGA
2. '04 @ Clemson
3. '98 @ UGA
 
Nothing beats 1999 at Grant Field in OT. I get chills just thinking about it. The 3rd down FG muff- then the 4th down winner with all the bewildered Doggies crying, wanting to know "what happened".
 
Its tied with 1998 for me. I was there in 1998. I was on my couch for this one. But it was sweet. I emailed Rad and offered some money towards PJ's raise. I expect all you to do the same.

I gotta rank the '84 win in Athens above this one. (hey to the fridgemover!) That was a more complete turnaround even than this game. Georgia had been dominant in the early 80's, much more so than now. They were MNC in 1980, SEC champs 1980-1982, and we had lost 6 straight and had been in the depths of despair in the early 80's.

Still, this is one of the best ever.

both times we stopped them from winning 8 in a row
 
#1 for me.

I saw a lot of people literally shedding a tear or two out of pure joy. Unbelievable.
 
This has to be #1 for me. This was my seventh GT-UGA game but my first win. Also my last shot to see us beat them as a student.

Also I should note the enjoyment comes entirely postgame/in retrospect. I was honestly terrified until the last kneel-down.
 
Ranking a top ten:

1) UGA 1984 (35-18) -best day as a Tech fan
2) Nebraska 1991 (45-21) -National Championship
3) UGA 2008 (45-42) -it only gets better from here
4) Virginia 1990 (41-38) -unforgettable game
5) UGA 1998 (21-19) -it's good, good, good
6) UGA 1985 (20-16) -Gary Lee gallops through the fog
7) UGA 1999 (51-48) -thanks...Sanks...etc...
8) Clemson 1984 (28-21) --21-0 lead, tied, then the win
9) Clemson 2004 (28-24) -late game heroics
10) UGA 2000 (27-15) -Godsey holding up three fingers on the UGA matrix board
