I keep reading he is "young" "younger" "youthful" etc. He's six months older than me and I feel damn old most days. Just because he acts 30 years younger than PJ, he is not young. He is a middle-aged man. Granted he does have one child who is 2 years old and I assume more kids to come so he better have a lot of energy left in him.

It's all relative. Most coaches in the conference are 50+. Then Dabo is 49, Dave Doeren is 47, Satterfield is 45, and Taggart and Fuente are 42.

We've gone from one of the oldest coaches in the conference to one of the youngest.

Isn't he only 5 years younger than KW? I guess 5 years is the thin line between young and old.

And just about the same age as CPJ was 11 seasons ago.

Well given the average tenure for a P5 coach has to be no more than 5 years he's in no danger of aging out of the position before leaving for some other reason anyway.
