I don't have access if anyone does. Is there any new news about The kid who de-committed because of the supposed bad situation at BDS? I would appreciate it if you would tell us. I believe that the article is just another time the ajc is trying to make us look bad.
 
Sounds like officer got bad info;was being a bit of a hard ass; found out he had bad info; apologized to mom and then recruit son starting showing his ass as my dearly departed grandma use to say.

He had more butt hurt than a Stingtalk fan on the Saturday night after Thanksgiving.
 
After reading this article, it sounds like the whole thing could have been — and perhaps still can be — defused. The OP is right, I think: the AJC is happy to have something to make Tech look bad.

The writer of that article is our bud, isn't he? Perhaps the AJC threatened to water board him if he didn't write some thing to crap on us.

I don't think the article paints us in a negative light at all. The officer apologized to the mom, apologized to the other kid, and offered to apologize to our beloved recruit.

Only one of them copped an attitude.

Yes I came away with that impression also. I was replying to a poster who thought the AJC was trying to crap on us. Ken is our friend, I think.

Put the ajc title into google, then click on the direct link from the google listing and you will sidestep the ajc article blocker.
