Notre Dame didn't force Navy into a punting situation until 2 minutes or so left in the game. Navy pretty much moved the ball at will against all those 5 Star ND recruits. Conversely, Notre Dame had a lot of success on offense too - not surprising considering the huge talent disparity on Navy's defense. Both of the slotbacks were midgets, and the Fullback was a slow, plodding sort of a runner. I get giddy when I think of Dwyer in the fullback (or B Back) position, with Roddy and Jamal as the slotbacks. For that matter, we might even see DJ Donley or Correy Earls playing some slotback. PJ loves to run that toss sweep out of the motion, it's beautiful. The QB (Kaipo) has no arm whatsoever, but Navy's WR's were running free just about every time he dropped back. I see Josh doing some REAL serious damage in this offense!
