NCAA Accuses Michigan and Harbaugh of Cheating

Might explain why Harbaugh is allegedly interviewing for Carolina Panthers job

Does the NCAA still have any clout to level any punishment on the Michigan football program?

I lost all respect for the NCAA when they did nothing to UNC when they were caught breaking all
kinds of rules and they only got a slap on the wrist for their infractions!

I lost it when the NCAA implemented the CFP. A playoff was sorely needed, but it only happened after the Bama-LSU rematch netted historically low TV money. Despite 15 years of saying a playoff was bad for the "student" in student-athletes because of final exams, the NCAA reversed course for the $$$ faster than a politician kissing hands and shaking babies. In the same move, they scrapped the BCS computers for the abominable 13-person committee that bends or breaks whatever rules are needed to get Ohio State in the group of 4.

Yeah, who gives a öööö? The NCAA sold their souls to the dollar and when they look the other way when any sort of big time school gets caught cheating while pounding the asses of smaller schools over needless crap.

Cheating is acceptable these days in college sports and stuff like this is just to provide cover to make dipshits feel warm and fuzzy inside.

öööö the NCAA.

Nothing will come of this unless it comes out that the Wolverines were an indigenous people.

The NCAA won’t stand for that.

This. Kind of like your parents telling you to go to your room because your grounded but you moved out years ago and have been living on your own.

"Harbaugh could face penalties that include a multigame suspension, sources said."
Translation, "nothing will happen, but we want you to think we somehow still matter."

Sounds like a bunch of nothing.
What could they have said beside a possible multigame solution that would NOT "sound like a bunch of nothng" to you?

Yeah, but they will punish the öööö out of you if some poor kid gets some free sweats from a friend. I mean, unless you're one of their Preferred Programs such as UMIch, tOSU, USC(w), Oregon, UNC, Miami, F$U, Clem's Son, Texas, Oklahoma, or any team in the SEC. Then it's cool.

BTW, did we ever learn who ratted out Bay Bay?

Harbaugh probably told the NCAA to öööö off, and they got mad.

Pretty much:

According to a source, the NCAA's draft of notice of allegations includes a Level I violation for Harbaugh not complying with or misleading NCAA investigators.

Basically they were investigating some Level II stuff, Harbaugh told them to go have sex with themselves, which is a Level I violation. If Harbaugh leaves for the NFL none of this will matter and the Level II stull will be conveniently forgotten as well.

So they have to vacate their big ten titles right? I mean this is worst that $400 worth of clothing right?

The NCAA is a joke. Luckily Tech is so low on the totem pole we won't be penalized this time. Although it would be a helluva parting gift from clown.
